This Return Policy describes how Shivlornthexix handles cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds related to our site maintenance services. Because we provide services rather than physical products, the terms below focus on service appointments and recurring maintenance plans.

Service Bookings and Confirmations

When you schedule a service with us, we will confirm the date, approximate time window, and scope of work in advance. Please review this information carefully and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

Cancellations by the Customer

If you need to cancel a scheduled visit, we ask that you notify us as early as reasonably possible so we can adjust our schedule. In general:

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled visit will not incur a cancellation fee.
  • Short‑notice cancellations (less than 24 hours before the visit) may be subject to a reasonable service call fee to cover costs already incurred.

Rescheduling

You may request to reschedule a service visit, subject to our availability. We will work with you to find a new time that fits your needs and our routes. Rescheduling requests made early help minimize disruption and are generally not subject to any additional charges.

Service Quality Concerns

We want you to be satisfied with the maintenance services you receive. If you believe that a service was not completed as agreed, please contact us within a reasonable time frame and describe the issue. We may:

  • Review the work performed and your service agreement or proposal.
  • Offer a follow‑up visit to address specific concerns where appropriate.
  • Discuss fair adjustment options when a documented service issue is confirmed.

Refunds

Because our services involve time, labor, and materials used at your property, refunds are assessed on a case‑by‑case basis. Where a verified service deficiency is found and cannot reasonably be corrected through a follow‑up visit, we may provide a partial or full refund for the affected portion of the service, in our reasonable discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Recurring Maintenance Plans

If you participate in a recurring maintenance plan, you may generally request changes to the frequency or scope of visits, or cancel future services with reasonable notice. Any amounts already paid for completed services are not refundable, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.

Weather and Safety

In some cases, we may need to postpone or adjust services due to weather conditions or safety considerations at the property. When this happens, we will communicate with you and arrange a new service date. Such postponements are not treated as cancellations by the customer.
